According to a David Pakman clip I just listened to, trump's lawyers are preparing for criminal charges to be brought against him.. as they should - anyone who's bothered to watch the J6 hearings Knows there's a high probability of criminal charges coming.

Arizona republicans tapped to be fake electors feared the scheme might be Treasonous. A reasonable fear, IMO, and since they put it in writing in response to trump's team, they all knew, too. (Duh, they knew already.. but this is just Proof they ought to have known thanks to someone else' concerns put in writing.)

How do you figure DOJ/SCOTUS are going to let the former guy who attempted to overthrow the US gov’t skate & set the precedent that potus is above the law and it’s a-okay to do a coup if you fail at it?
Why would the responsible adults in gov’t green light that sort of behaviour for any future wannabe dictators?
