ASPIE CONFUSION

It drives me insane
seeing me live life wrong
to my deepest of pains
in what world do I belong
while I keep putting on chains
until I may sing my swan song.

Twinkle, twinkle, little star
how I wonder where you are
hoping somehow your bright light
takes me with you in your flight
away to a safer place
where I won't seem a head case.

I would say so. I have my moments but I have accepted my diagnosis, and who I am.

Not "maybe." Partially. Some aspects are working well, like staying fairly healthy and comfortable, and some remain a struggle, like communicating ideas and finding a more sustainable support system.

Yep, the concept of 'Partially' is relatable.

On some levels I'm satisfied with my life, on other levels I'm not. Some things are OK, other things are uncomfortable or regrettable. I can't see how it could be otherwise for anybody, except quantitatively, i.e. some are more satisfied than others with their lives. I think it's rare for it to be completely one way or the other.
