I hate when I had meltdowns, it so scary, I literally feel like a little girl & I’m all alone, I feel abandoned, I feel like there no hope, I was hysterical crying. I wanted to die.

What led to the meltdown?

Sorry that you have to go through this, Kitty4670.

I know how it goes, if it's anything.

Meltdowns feel terrible and I’m sorry you had to go through that. Grief is a huge stressor and you just experienced a great loss. Try to be kind and patient with yourself, especially during this time.

Oh I get those, but no hysteria. No one would know I was having one.

Deep breaths, Kitty.

I get it about things feeling hopeless and when I get in that pit, it is impossible to see out of it. It’s essentially a different state of mind.

Try thinking of it as a storm. It can be horrible while it is going on, but it will be over.

I tried to help someone get services in California. It is very difficult, but not impossible. Hang in there.
