Glad you tried it out! She's very professional and good at explaining correct form - it's like working out with a personal trainer. My faves are all the 30mins one's that include a warm-up and cool down.

Just did 3 five minute ones back to back. Calves, arms and abs. I'm impressed. My calves feel like tennis balls.
I'll check out the dance ones when I've got a minute too.
