The 9th Circuit, which includes Arizona, is one of the more liberal circuits.

Unfortunately, I live in the 5th Circuit, which includes Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. They have taken up a lot of anti-abortion cases, and are probably the most right-leaning circuit.
