114 lbs to achieve 10 percent body Fat?

Yes. 114 lbs for a 5'6" male is very extreme. I would cut down to 150-155 and then do a body recomposition. Eat at maintaiannce with 125g protein per day and focus on building muscle.

BMI calculators can't really calculate your bf%. If you don't have equipment to measure it, the best bet is to go by visual. Look at a few image charts of bodyfat percentage and see what your body looks the most like.

That’s emaciated. 114 lbs is a ridiculously low weight for a man.
