Most people with Autism Spectrum Disorder are more likely to be victims than being perpetrators, there are however some small subgroups of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder that are antisocial.

Since the diagnostic criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder became more broad, there has to be a neurodevelopmental disorder that has features associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder and can explain antisocial behaviors, and that can also explain repeated criminal behaviors.

Why does there have to be ONE condition that fits the criteria? There are any number of combinations of Neurodiversity + Psycho-Social disorders that would fit.

Like ADHD?

There are also genetic disorders that can cause developmental delays and criminal behaviors. You don't have to be neglected or abused to develop Antisocial Personality Disorder.

People are people and everyone is different.

That is an interesting philosophy.

A person can also be conditioned to display anti-social behaviors - whether they or not that are neurodiverse. I don't think you will find a single condition that will meet your criteria.

That's assuming anyone would know HOW to identify those specific individuals. You will have an easier time looking for a needle in a haystack as they say.

There is an informal forensic subcategory of "Criminal Autistic Psychopathy". I did not make it up.

Its not based on tangible science - its based on flawed human subjectivity.

You may as well study phrenology  that was once deemed credible as well.

Have you heard of the term autististischen psychopathen first recorded in 1933? That is the forensic profile they want to separate from conventional Asperger's.

Also the Department of Health recommended research into the relationship between ASD and offending behaviour in 1992.
