Struggle making friends

Does anyone have trouble talking to people your age and has lots of friends who are babies?

All of my acquaintances that even come close to being real friends and either 10+ years younger or older. and i mean friends in a very low contact way...like in church. no quality time, no invites...and i stopped chasing them. And people my age are married with kids and working. i dont think i'm very palatable but i think i'm enjoyable. my best friend was my Mom who passed, now it's an older lady adopted as my grandma.
