I admit that if I was a registered Republican, I'll vote for Pence over "Pumpkin" Trump.

Pence is still a theocrat, he's just mentally stable compared to Trump.

The Trumpkins will never vote for Pence. The ones who abandon Trump would most likely vote for DeSantis, who has been positioning himself as being Trump without the baggage.

I seriously doubt Pence has a snowball chance getting the Republican nomination, let alone any nomination.

If the GOP allows itself to be drawn into a murder/suicide pact with the MAGA/QAnon crowd, it'll be Trump. If they're not so eager to indulge in self immolation, it'll probably be DeSatan.

Isn't Candace Owens throwing her hat in the ring also?

Would be funny to see Trump bite his tongue if he had run against her

But they’re so busy fussing over Trump they won’t even see DeSantis sneak in their back door. :D

Oh, they (we) see him, alright.  I just hope they do not dismiss him as only another harmless crackpot conservative.

You’ll long for the halcyon days of the Trump administration.

The US will never elect a Florida Man.
But they have elected an Arkansan before.
I would expect moderate Republicans to back Asa Hutchinson over DeSatan.

They've already elected Bush, Trump and Biden. Absolutely anything is possible at this point. Underestimating DeSantis' chances could be a repeat of history.

Although I'll contradict myself and say I don't think the same holds true for Mike Pence.

/\Yeah, but a Florida Man?
I don’t see Pence going anywhere.
Hutchinson has more charisma.I don’t agree with his stance on abortion or LGBTQ issues, or I might vote for him.

The Nation doesn’t need this, and this is what you can expect from Florida Man.
