An autistic guy whom I know at a day program I work sometimes leaves his computer group. He goes every Tuesday. How do I get him to stop?

You do not, unless you are his supervisor.

He either goes to the bathroom or talk to someone.

Is he the same guy that leaves the group to talk to a particular woman from some other thread somewhere? I think going to the bathroom is not a problem. We all do that. Leaving the group to talk to someone else is. If he doesn't listen to you, you may need to consult his parents/family/support person etc.

What does this have to do with making friends?

Is the purpose of the group to teach people how to use computers? Is his attendance voluntary?

Are you responsible for his actions?

No.
Do his actions cause you pain or injury in any way?

One can try to get people to participate in groups more by making them more engaging.

As long as he doesn’t bother anyone, and especially as long as attendance in the group is not mandatory, you have no right to restrict his movements.

What is your motivation for seeking to keep this guy in the computer group?

That’s the day he’s assigned to.

Do you have contact with this person's social worker?
