I feel ashamed and guilty for assaulting my former friends and being criminally insane. I am sorry! I just want my old friends back, but they will never forgive me and I don't know how to move on.

I hate myself!! :( :( : :(

But you didn't actually assault them.

What does that mean? They did not like the way I behaved when I was delusional.

Sexual assault is physical. Sexual harassment is verbal. There’s a big difference between both things.

No, I had severe delusions of grandeur. What does this have to do with religion? I don't understand!

Sometimes people can find comfort in their religion.

I think it’s much more important to talk to your doctor. Religion is not going to help with manic symptoms.

I am not very religious, I do have memories of me being alive before many times, some said that what I am experiencing is kind of religious though.

I agree! Psychiatrist and psychologist help me the most, religion can just be can make you more calm, if it keeps you safe, but it doesn't take way your mental health issues you suffer from.

What I have is a serious mental health issue, religion is going to do absolutely nothing to me.

The OP has already stated he is not religious so it's quite wrong to continue posting them; consequently, they have been removed.

I am sorry for causing trouble, it wasn't my intention!

It's probably not useful to yourself to carry on being sorry for absolutely everything. I mean you didn't cause any trouble in this thread so you can't take rewfor that.

Also what you did with your friends was when you was ill. You may feel bad for that now but you can't feel bad for ever about it.

Just forgive yourself and try and make amends some how. What's done is done.

Thank you! It's just that I behaved like I have PTSD, I feel horrible for what I did after I became less delusional.

I feel like I was temporary legally insane, I couldn't appreciate the consequences of my actions when I had Megalomania and Erotomania. Although, I was never charged with crimes.
