Woke up with anxiety.

Sorry about that.

My solution is to read a book or go on the Internet.

Read about ancient history.

Really, the only solution to anxiety, in my experience, is to seek to do something to lessen it by doing something you enjoy. It might not work totally----but it usually works a little bit.

I've been pretty anxious over the past few days, too. My mother is dying. I've gotten hives as a result of this anxiety. I'm not really feeling all that great right now. But I go on the Internet, etc., and seek to alleviate some of the anxious pain.

I'm sure you try as well. I'm not criticizing you in any way. I don't know your experience and how you experience anxiety.

My thoughts are with you.

Outliving my parents has always been a dreadful thought for me, as I have never had any other reason to exist. I'm afraid of being in the place where you are now.

I hope our company here will provide you with some distraction and a way to occupy your time.

Anxiety is high.

Had worrying dreams about family members, relatives, and one other dear person.

Then I found out about the case delays. The wait will be longer.

I feel horrible.

Feel like death. The anxiety is keeping me from enjoying anything right now.

I'm tormented.

Decaf tea tastes gross.

Drastic measures in time of high anxiety.

That definitely didn't help for sleep quality for sure. Then again, last time I slept great after energy drinks.

Anxiety level is high and there's tightness in my chest, my heart is pounding.

This feels strange.

Some anxiety.

A little lost.

And not hopeful.

Feel very uneasy today.

Just as I thought I had my life finally figured out...
