No I don't mean Trump. I heard innumerable complaints that Trump avoided the draft. Yet I don't recall hearing anything about Joe Biden getting multiple deferments from serving his country due to asthma. Which somehow doesn't inhibit him from jogging and bicycle riding.

Since Trump is Bonespurs, shouldn't Biden be Wheezy?

One more thing that goes to show how partisan mainstream media is.

The army is different. They reject everyone for mental and health issues. My husband wanted to join the Navy but they rejected him due to his learning disabilities. My youngest brother was rejected due to asthma issues. I used to get calls about it too until I mentioned i take medication, now I no longer qualified. The phone calls stopped. Biden got rejected because of asthma.

You cam avoid drafts for medical reasons. You basically need to have a perfect brain and body to be drafted. Only way to get in is have no medical records of them and no school records.

Yeah my brother is 6foot3 and has always been fit as an elite athlete. He got rejected from the Australian defense forces (ADF) because he had flat feet !

I have a cousin who was rejected from the airforce because his cornea was fractionally scratched from a crossbow accident.

I've had chronic bone spurs in my foot. It's more debilitating than asthma.

And no matter what Trump had, be it asthma or flat feet, the lashout would have been the same. Am I saying Trump gets unfairly persecuted? Yes.

Maybe Trump and his gang should stop persecuting people…..

I also have asthma.  Bicycling and jogging are things I must force myself to do to to keep my lungs in shape, not just my body.  Some days are easier than others.

When I am about to address a group, one thing I must do is take two or three 'hits' off my inhaler, or risk that chokey-gaggy feeling of an impending asthma attack while I am speaking.  This may be something that Mr. Biden must do, too.

When I found out that those "coughing jags" I had experienced since childhood were asthma attacks, I was a year away from the discharge of my military enlistment.  The C.O. offered to sign my medical discharge papers, but allowed me to refuse the offer on the grounds that I had already served honorably, and did not want to become another of those disabled veterans down at the V.A. clinic who somehow remain unemployed after service.

Apparently, the military does not want asthmatics to enlist, but if you have already served honorably, they might let you serve out your enlistment.  The C.O. did advise me that I might be barred from re-enlisting, however.

If I had it my way only honorably discharged veterans would be allowed to hold public office -OR- vote, but we can’t have everything.

I don't trust anything that comes out of Biden's mouth and nor do I like the job he is currently doing.

I do not entirely trust any politician, especially those with law degrees.

. . . and those without.

Dissapointing, I was hoping to see some balls in the face of government sponsored abduction which literally brainwashes people to commit murder., not bone spurs and asthma.
