This is dumb, what about when work places require their employers to take courses on sexual harrassment? Why is this any different?
Does De Santis have daughters?
But isn't it also violation of freedom of speech of how to talk to women at work? Why make them feel safe?
Key concept is that anyone's free speech ends where it starts to stomp on another person's rights. The right to be safe is a pretty key right.
You are asking good questions; the act could be interpreted to squash sexual harassment training, IMHO.
