I can't help but notice how criminally inclined people aren't the brightest bulbs on the Christmas Tree.
I had an idiot ex girlfriend who decided to check if she still had a warrant out for her arrest, so she had me drive her to the Spokane County courthouse, where she promptly ended up in handcuffs.

Well...murder is a misdemeanor.

But serving cold French fries is a felony!

Seriously, how is it the McDonald's manager wasn't charged in this case? They're just going to turn their backs and let him keep serving cold french fries? Law and order and democracy really is going down the tubes.

I'd hate to see what that man would do if someone murdered his wife.

I guess she shoulda had you call them and ask them instead.

Maybe...with a cover story that you were "a manager at Walmart and I am just making a routine check of folks who just put in job applications. Does this Mary Jane Doe person...have any outstanding arrest warrants on her?

Trust me, that sort of strategy could never have crossed her mind.
