It was at the absolute worst when i drank lattes at nighttime, and when i used to drink a whole pint a day to make sure i wasnt missing out on calcium.Absolute agony at night-time.
Well i should say I have it, but its under control.

I don't drink anything apart from cordial after about 6:30pm. I don't have sugar either and I only have a drop of milk in hot drinks. And I only have about 4 hot drinks a day.
I think my rls is an on going nerve issue that I've got going on as it affects me during the day as well.
I was just interested to hear if anyone had the electric current feeling in their feet after a nightmare.
I hate to sound over dramatic but it feels like I'm tightroping along a live electric cable when it happens.
