Going to be a junior...AAAAAH!

I feel really overwhelmed by the fact that I'm starting my junior year of college in a few days. My parents keep asking me when I'm getting an internship and I don't know! There's a career service office at my uni but I want to get into the swing of all these new classes and I just got a new part time job. I don't want an unpaid internship and in my field I don't really need an internship. As much as I've tried explaining this to my folks, they're just stuck on the fact my sister was already much farther "ahead" in life at my age.

I'm on track to graduate a semester early and then what?? I'm just,,, loose in the world? That's so scary.

Don't listen to your parents. Do as you see fit. It's up to you to decide how to deal with your life, college and work. You are already at such an age when you have every right to decide your future YOURSELF and not regret about it and your future (if you want)!
