When I was vegan I took B12 but now I eat eggs and sometimes dairy and fish so I feel its unnecessary. Also when I was very depressed I tried L-Tryptophan and I think it had a very positive affect in my mood but it is hard to know if it was just a placebo affect, can be worth the try though if you are not on other medications or drugs (probably not much use to anyone who isn't vegan or vegetarian though).

In the winter after it starts to get really dark in a couple months or so, I start to take D-vitamin daily. Sometimes after lunch and dinner I try to remember to eat fluoride tablet (I almost never remember to though).

So currently I am not taking supplements but I feel I have a very complete and healthy diet at the moment so I don't need to.

Typytophan is great stuff, and does help depression and sleep cycle improvement, I believe and some of my earlier Psyche docs did too . Am using a bunch of various supplements for varieties of issues . It appears that I have been pretty successful at it . Since starting research at 16 yrs old , it became a sort of special interest . 8O
More favorite supplants are classes of chemicals and supplement classed as Nootropics.

Well I don't eat a lot of veg and I don't eat fruit at all so I supplement that with a one a day multivitamin.
