If you think this show will drag you into the depths of Hell, then just don't watch it. My family and I did see it, and we thought it was funny. Another example of right wing cancel culture.
The right has always had it in for animated sitcoms. Here are more instances of outrage:
1. The Bart Simpson T-shirts that said "Underachiever, and proud of it" and "I'm Bart Simpson, who the hell are you?"
2. The incident where a 5-year-old accidentally burned down his trailer and killed his little sister, and his mom blamed Beavis and Butthead. The boy, now in his 30s, admitted his mom made the B&B part up. The family didn't have cable.
3. Accusing South Park of being "dangerous to the democracy", pushing the "gay agenda", and "impeding efforts to preach the Gospel".
4. Family Guy frequently being labeled "worst show of the week" by the Parents' Television Council (a right-wing watchdog group). PTC tried to get the FBI to investigate Seth MacFarlane for one episode they particularly hated.
5. Complaints about "Lucy, Daughter of the Devil", similar to the current one about Little Demons.
