I snack on fresh and dried fruit, nuts, veggie sticks with hummus (especially carrot and cucumber). I like seed crackers too.
Chia pudding I like with coconut or oatmilk and mango. At night I like to have porridge with berries. Cottage cheese is also good with some cardamom and berries or fruit.
In the summer I have smoothies sometimes but I dont crave for drinkable snacks in the colder seasons. I wish I had more savory snack options that were healthy!
