Here are some short movies worthy of your time only if you haven't watched any of these:

El Mariachi
81 minutes

Cube
90 minutes

Eraserhead
89 minutes

This is Spinal Tap
82 minutes

Moon
90 minutes

Airplane
88 minutes

Most of the classic Universal horror films are less than 90 minutes long and some are quite good.

Marx Brothers' Monkey Business [1931], Horse Feathers [1932], and Duck Soup [1933]. (Their other films are also good fun but these three might be the best of the bunch.)

And:

=>- Cloverfield [2008]
=>- Invasion of the Body Snatchers [1956]
=>- Koyaanisqatsi [1983]
=>- The Thing from Another World [1951]
=>- Tucker and Dale vs Evil [2010] Caution! Pay attention to the dialog or you will probably hate this film.
=>- The War of the Worlds [1953]

P.S. Airplane! [1980] is a lot of fun and Moon [2009] is outstanding.

Let's also not forget the comedy films that starred Abbott & Costello, the majority were made
for Universal Pictures with runtimes of 90 minutes or less.

And:
Darren Aronofsky's debut film Pi which has a runtime well below 90 minutes.
