Sounds like bs to me.
How much hydrogen can it realistically extract from water vapour? Especially in terms of space used, cost to build and production time expended? There really isn't all that much water vapour in the air most of the time. It sounds like one of those useless "save Africa from drought with this crappy dehumidifier" things except with electrolysis now tacked on top of it.
I'll believe it when I see it and maybe not even then.
