Do you "see" music in your mind as colors?

Yes, colours and 3D spatial motion.

Kind of like Kandinsky.

I see it as coloured patterns. I’ve played tenor sax in bands over the years… I used to construct solos in my mind out of patterns as I was playing. Sounds really weird, but that was how I did it.

I used to as a child but not so much now.

But when I was 11 at school the art teacher put on random music on a radio and we all had to draw the music how we saw it in our heads. So seeing music in your head must be common if you're asked to do it in an art class project.

I do. That's why I have music playing when I'm working on my art.

Kind of.

Songs have color scheme. It helped me to mix music when deejaying.
