Lashing out on foreigners now; this is a very old FUD propaganda trick used by such ret*d regime; Iranian regime is desperately trying to create a multinational/western conspiracy narrative.

Quote:
Iran's Intelligence Ministry said on Friday that nine foreign nationals had been arrested in connection with the ongoing protests that broke out after a young woman died in police custody.
The ministry said that citizens from Germany, Poland, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Sweden and other countries had been detained "during the riots or while plotting in the background."
Authorities have tried to paint the outpouring of anger as a plot instigated by foreign agents. Protesters themselves have rejected these claims.

Bombing their own territory? f**k. The worst kind of dictatorship.

According to my news site, Ali Chamenei claims the riots were "planned to impose more sanctions on Iran".
Dictators can't accept their own people may be unhappy, right? Everything bad is a foreign conspiracy.

Hezbollah uses the same language when the protests erupted here in Lebanon back in 2019; they even claim that the 13 deputes won seats are backed up by “foreign NGOs”.

We have a name for this anti-West/democracy axis, we call them the “Axis of reluctance“ as often how they call themselves; they are the Russia/Iran/Assad/Armenia/NorthKorea/Cuba camp of the world including their cronies like Hezbollah and Houthis, and Hachad el Chaabi, while China is an entirely different breed of monster.

Check the news on Iraq; there’s a large scale of anti Iranian camp protests as well there.

Where do the Taliban place themselves in this system?

Taliban is in the Muslim Brotherhood’s camp: Qatar and its protégé Turkey; and not much far from Iran when it comes to mutual interests.

Turkey as protégé of Qatar?
Well, maybe in their Middle Eastern politics, they are. Money doesn't stink. However, they are also a NATO member. That makes it more funny.

Turkey is certainly the protégé of Qatar financially-wise while Qatar is the military protégé of Turkey, where had you been?

Turkey takes cues from Qatar...about ANY thing?

Thats not even "the tail wagging the dog". Compared to Turkey Qater is more like a single dog hair, then the dog's whole tail.

Where have I been? In East Europe. Turkey is making their own, rather unique and quite pronounced politics here and I'm pretty sure Qatar has little to do with their Black Sea policies.

But I understand Muslim Brotherhood is relatively strong in both.

You gotta love this planet. Women in the Middle East are fighting for their right NOT to wear hijabs while women in Canada are fighting for their right to be ALLOWED to wear them.
