Plato talked about cycles

I suppose he would call fascism entering a period of tyranny

Looks like Italy has gotten sick of wokeism too.

Why am I not surprised you are happy about the return of fascism in Europe

Because you know I consider wokeism worse than what wokeism calls facsim.

Mhmm, because being nice to other people is a terrible way for society to be and what we really need are ruthless dictators telling us what to do and who to hate instead.

Wokeism is heavily into telling everyone what to do and what everyone supposed to go along with.

She was in a youth organization which extolled Mussolini. She praised Mussolini herself. She's a nationalist. She's anti-immigration. She doesn't particularly like gay people.

There's just lots of things about her political positions which scream "right wing."

I don't like "right wing" positions because I feel like I might not survive in a "far-right" regime. I also find them to be wrong, period.

Sounds like fascism is defined these days as not having wide open borders and not joining gay pride.

She thought he was the best Italian politician over the past 50 years (in 1996). And it wasn't a criticism.

She had her dates mixed up, since Mussolini was executed in 1945.

She's been involved in right-wing organizations since her youth.

So there's a big row over what she said about Mussolini 26 years ago when she was still a teenager?

What kind of right-wing organizations?
