I do get that because of a distorted self image or mental health issues some people may believe that they are fat when they are in fact emaciated.

I get this because a good friend of mine died because of anorexia. She believed she was fat until the day she died.

I also get that this is hard to understand for some people.

I get why younger people are more miserable and depressed than ever. Just look at how terrible the world is now. Soon it will be like the middle ages but worse.

I get why health experts stress the importance of drinking plenty of water. I feel alive when I drink it.
