I've had over 8 years of this crap now. Voices in my head criticizing me and random pain and discomfort. Today it's extreme chest tightness making me feel like I'm going to have a heart attack. It's making my life unbearable and almost hoping my drinking kills me (preferably in my sleep).

Am I the only one getting this?

No, I've been targetted by someone, presumably because I'm an easy target. Alkie, on benefits, loner, all their boxes ticked.

'you're very very good but you need to get a job' is what it repeatedly says along with 'DWP compliance computer'.

So if I managed to get a job maybe it would stop.

Would you like to have a job

Yes, but the problem is I've had problems with concentration and making mistakes in every job I've had. Done all sorts: electronics, warehouse, kitchen porter, security guard, weed sprayer, machine operator but all have had problems. Maybe if I got a job that was 'disability confident' for my ADHD I would get somewhere.

Yes that's a great idea. I wonder if there are any services that could help you with this near where you live.

I can't sign on at the Jobcentre atm as I'm over the £16,000 savings limit so can't get any help from them. I'm on PIP. The problem is I'm not very confident and if I took a job my PIP would probably get stopped so I could end up in the s**t.

Yeah it's a catch 22 situation.

Are there any places where you could offer help as a volunteer. I mean just for something to do. Can you drive?

Yes, but my driving licence has been revoked for health reasons. Most voluntary work needs references which I don't have.

Yeah it's not like the old days when you didn't need references.

So we're in a bit of a pickle then with this.

Yes, in my town. It depends on the head computer going away and my annoying druggie neighbours shutting the F up at 2am in the morning for me to be able to do it though.
