Hurling insults at a world leader would seem futile. But in this world of social media in which the guy might actually see your tweets, and like Trump, actually react, and...yeah ... accusing Putin of compensating for "being in the closet" would be the way to go- the custom designed insult for Putin. So why not?

Even if putin ever saw it he wouldn't react to it online. He's MUCH more controlled than that. Only trumplestiltskin would respond and engage someone over something like this, as far as world 'leaders,' go.
