Yeah but they are using the same excuse as the other clowns. They were Blaming Trump for telling them to do it.

Oh, they’re still stupid And going to jail.

Just because someone tells you to commit a crime doesn’t absolve you of consequences if you do it.

The fun part is going to be if during this process they prove in a court of law that they believed they were following instructions from that orange troll, trumplestiltskin. Not sure if possible, but damn it’d be hilarious if a judge says trump did tell them to do it.. for obvious trump trial reasons.
