Virgin Atlantic allows crew to wear pronoun badges and uniforms expressing their gender identity

The most surprising part of the article is a statement that employee happiness increased by 65% due to this change. Not sure how they measured it, but I suppose it’s possible due to the very high number of LGBT people that are flight attendants.

Good on Sir Richard Branson for making employee happiness a priority in his businesses.

Indeed. All uniforms in any field should be unisex by now.
I'm not sure what a pronoun badge is though. Any name badges I've ever seen just have a name on them. I've never seen one with any kind of gender designation.

They don't have gender designations. They have pronouns.

They read something like:

'First name
He/Him'

Or

'First name
She/Her'

Or

'First name
They/Them'

Ah here's what they look like. First name as usual, and then a gender designation added below.
