Hi just introducing myself new to the forum and just having a look around
my 15 yr old son and I have been diagnose NeuroDiverse
Im 53 live in Hervey Bay QLD Australia raising my son
who keeps life interesting
you can google where I live it is a seaside town
I love the privacy and peace and quiet it offered
though now is quite busy
but I have a very private home away from people
I guess Ive always thought a little differently
& dont have a great social network
I keep to myself a lot and just dont understand people
that well
I have been called intelligent but am not very academic
Her to connect with like minded people
enjoy weekends hiking, camping & exploring small towns
I have an 84 Cub camper trailer & an 88 Mercedes benz 230e
was a teen in the 80's
so all things 80's float my boat
enjoy Psychology true crime
This year I have been studying advocacy and peer leadership
through Queenslanders with Disabilities Network
also involved in QDENGAGE which offers consultancy
for new constructions obviously I concentrate on sensory concerns

G'day Erroll.

Looks like we are a similar vintage and nationality (alas I'm a Victorian though). I'm NT but have a nuerodiverse 17 yr old daughter.

Oh wow! so you aren't a Queenslander then. I spent my childhood in the bayside suburbs. We had a house with views of the ocean.

I live in Victoria although I was born in Broken Hill NSA and then spent some of my childhood in Tasmania before coming to Victoria.
