Does anyone else on here cry on their monthly cycle? If so, what triggers it?

Changes in hormone levels. I cry over nothing at all.

I cried last night because yesterday I saw an exchange between 3 people that reminded me of someone I love that I lost contact with over a year ago. I was able to hold back my tears until I went to bed. Then I cried for about a half hour.

I've noticed more and more that I get easily frustrated a bit before I start menstruating. Sometimes that results in me crying or wanting to cry over things that I usually wouldn't cry about.

Crying over nothing isn't normal in my case.

Getting angry, irritable and even violent over nothing, on the other hand... Sometimes not even hormonal changes and outside circumstances could explain it.

Hormones just makes me way easier to get frustrated, emotional, reactive...
I hate it. I just couldn't forgive myself for it. Just couldn't accept it.

the egg past its sellby date, there's a sadness with that, hormone-wise
bc it has to be rejected and the cycle must start again
