I've got a feeling that he's mild mannered. If it was me I would defo approach them.

Well yes I only approached them firsr because I was a bit drunk. If I was sober I would havr stayed away from them.

I’m sorry you’re feeling hurt inside, James.

People tend to be as*holes when they’re drunk, or when they just hang out in pubs just to get some sort of thrill.

There must be alternatives to pubs for you.

I stopped going to clubs in my early 20s…..because I just didn’t get a good feeling from them. I felt like it was a BS atmosphere with the slight risk of getting hurt.

Interestlingly it only started happening to me when I turned 28. Even as a child I have been called gay by my peers but nowadays its just pedophile.

Now and again I have been told I look like a pedophile

4 years ago this older guy said about me infront of some girls "He's a weirdo that guy is I have seen him before"

He saw me "mooching around" the pub on my own once and thought I looked suspect.

It’s not pedophile behavior. It’s more like alcoholic behavior.

I thought you had buddies in the pub.

A pedophile would more likely hang out near a playground.

I know its not much consolation but at least it's not every time you step out of the house.

If you like going to that particular place and you can manage to just shrug this off then that's up to you and I would wish you all the best.

I’ve seen pictures of people on sexual crimes registries. Very few look effeminate. Most look older than their age, or look like used-up drug addicts or alcoholics.

Guess I look older than my age then. Might explain why I get labelled pedophile.
