Alex Jones is a complete nutcase, im suprised he has the large following he does. I know he's a millionaire (by net worth at least) but he does not nearly have enough money to pay back 95 million dollars let alone 965 million dollars

Obviously, they cant get a billion in cash out of him. But they can seize his assets (which probably dont add up to a billion dollars either, but they can seize them).

I just looked up his net worth on celebritynetworth and it was -$900 million :lol:

I feel like the Texas compensatory damages ($2m per plaintiff) would be more realistic and more proportionate to the harm actually caused. Some of these people are getting more than people who spent decades in prison for wrongful convictions. And then they’d have a chance of actually getting their money.

I think Jones is basically being punished for being extremely annoying on top of the harm he’s done.
