You're right. Rubbing my tummy in public or in front of random people would be weird and creepy. That's why I don't do it around people. I only do it in the comfort of my own home. In my own bedroom when I'm laying down and trying to rest my body before I go to sleep. I also use the warm pad because the heat soothes my tummy.

A few days ago, I was feeling very uncomfortable and bloated, so I drank some OJ with a lot of fiber supplement powder. That was a big mistake because I woke up at 5am with excruciating cramps in my tummy. As a result, I had to get out of bed and put my heated pad on my tummy over the cramps. I had to massage the soothing heat into my tummy for a few minutes before I could even get back to sleep. When I woke up almost 3 hours later, the pain was gone because the warm pad soothed my tummy. Sometimes I have to do this so that I can get rid of pain and bloating in my tummy. I know it sounds creepy, but it does work.

sometimes i rub my tummy in company if its evening and im relaxing on the sofa and i have a tummyache
i get ibs more in evening/night than the day
but if i feel like my belly is going to explode with wind then i take myself off to bed even if its early so that i can break wind without grossing anyone else out
i believe breaking wind should be done in private just like going to the bathroom is

I find I feel bloated or crampy the most right at bedtime and when I first wake up in the morning. I don't go to bed early, but I have been trying to make it a point of giving myself an abdominal massage in bed over the covers before I fall asleep. I try to do it while I'm watching tv for at least 10-15 minutes just to relax the muscles. It seems to be helping.

im ok in the morning
just at night is when my belly makes all sort of gurgling noises and i get uncomfortable and windy. sometimes its like really painful or whenever im about to break wind it sends a bad pain through my intestine
i think theres too much bacteria because of ibs and damaged organ due to 10 years of hard drink and drugs which i dont do any more but i will be suffering with the damage for the rest of my life
its what makes a rotten egg smell whenever i break wind no matter what i eat or dont eat

so embarrassing sometimes but luckily i dont get wind during the day

Indeed it can be very beneficial to heal your guts by supplying them with certain beneficial bacteria. They will displace bacteria which cause problems. Some of these bacteria have antidepressant effects too. They are your friends.

Some of the important bacteria are Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium breve. Often you can find them in natural yoghurt. But I'd suggest to buy them in stomach acid resistant capsules which also contain Inulin, as that feeds your bacteria friends. If it's not stomach acid resistant capsules, most bacteria will get killed before they reach their destination. If you can't get capsules with Inulin, it's probably best to eat a yoghurt right after swallowing the capsule.

Same lol. Improving digestion by changing my weekly food routine helped.

I went through a short phase as a teenager where I tried to go gluten free and for the most part casein free. This meant that I ate gluten free bread products and I didn't drink milk. Just almond milk. The only dairy I really had was the occasional piece of cheese because I love cheese. I stopped because I found it too difficult to go without the foods I loved. Do you feel that a diet free of dairy and gluten is beneficial in some way to those on the spectrum?

Nutrition isn't part of my special interests. If I find something is wrong, I just try out things until I find it works. E.g. eating a mie noudle soup with miso (fermented soy paste with living microorganisms) and spinach every 2nd evening improves my digestion.

I started eating cheese (camembert) almost daily again a few months ago, and I didn't notice any negative effects. I assume eating natural yoghurt regularly should have beneficial effects for most people, as it contains beneficial living microorganisms.

Whether you have issues with gluten likely doesn't depend on the genetic variations which are involved in autism, but on other genetic variations. Not sure though.

Btw I don't have IBS. So if you have IBS, what works for me may not work for you.

Just found out miso contains a microorganism (Aspergillus oryzae) which improves symptoms of IBD, so it may help with IBS too. If you cook a miso soup, make sure the miso doesn't get boiled, or the microorganism may get killed. E.g. add it to the soup after you poured the soup into your dish.

I'm not entirely sure if what I have is IBS per say, but I have always struggled with constipation and bloating. Also, my diet is mostly pizza, soup, cheese, and junk food because I HATE vegetables. The only veggies I eat are corn, peas, green beans, broccoli, and carrots. Any small amounts of onion in a meal will be searched out by me and pulled out of my plate.

I think if you change your diet a little you can reduce the constipation, or even get rid of it. Maybe add some more fiber (e.g. put some frozen spinach leaves into the soup while you boil it, or eat more broccoli - preferably Romanesco broccoli because it looks like a fractal similar to my profile image and that's awesome).

If you're lazy or it's hard for you to change anything, you can buy Psyllium seed husks and put 7 grams into 300-400ml of almond milk or oat milk shake (maybe with some protein powder and easy melting oats) or something. Drink that daily. Though you have to eat a little less of the other stuff then, so you won't gain weight. I did that for a few years, though not anymore.

Not sure if I should answer that haha. Do you need to be sexy? (I don't, as I'm asexual for 2 decades anyway)

For many men looks are more important than anything else. For many men personality is more important. If you shower several times a week you're still sexy to many men. You may have to search for them outside of dating apps though.

You may be better off with men who don't chase after you and don't fight over you. They are just a small portion of the single men, who have been seeking for their entire life. It's a "game" they play regularly.

E.g. I never chased. And that is attractive to some women, who prefer a loyal partner. Though 3 times I offered escort at night. That was me saying "I'm interested". It was always a poor choice though. Had better relationships with women who seeked me (e.g. asking my friends for my number). Though other men got mad at me sometimes, because they disliked the choice of the women.
