Having... "Limited time". Despite having a whole day, afternoon and night without pressure.

Yet felt too lazy to do something.

Why am I willing to do chores I don't feel like doing downstairs as my mom told, than the plans I made to declutter my room?

My ongoing hell with debt collectors, especially with a debt that was dormant for at least 10 years.

Some big bills that come due this time of year: property taxes and home owners dues and everything just keeps getting a bit higher each year.

Then I see an unexpected charge on my credit card bill. After a very anxious search, I realized it was an item I had ordered six weeks ago that finally moved from just an order to shipping status.

I fell from a ladder and injured my jugular.
Nothing says Christmas quite like blunt force trauma.

I had symptoms of a head injury for a few days.
I'm finally back to my normal head-injury self.
Except for the bruising.

Thanks AA.

Being reminded for the 18th trillionth time that the world is worse than ever.

Okay, there have been times in *ancient* history where things were even worse, but as someone who has been alive for nearly five decades, I can honestly say that this decade is the worst.

The other day I saw a list of 20 *good* things that have happened. The only one I really remember is conversion therapy being banned in Canada. Another was an animal or two being taken off the endangered list or something. That's great, 20 good things compared to the 200 billion bad things happening right now, that really balances it out./s

Thinking it’s all my fault like it always is, but knowing it’s not all my fault like it never is.

We're supposed to be getting a lot of rain late tonight and I'm afraid the power will be out for hours again and I'll have to cancel getting my groceries tomorrow.

I'm afraid to buy frozen food now because it could thaw out in a power outage and I had to throw a lot of it out after hurricane Fiona. What a waste. And I normally rely on buying frozen foods, especially vegetables, because it's more affordable, lasts longer, and has the same nutritional value of fresh food.

The power used to hardly ever go out in my apartment during a storm, even when about a million other people were without it for days. I thought it was because the apartment building had a really good generator. But I guess not. The local power company sucks. The price of food sucks. The local healthcare sucks. If only I could move away to a country that has affordable food, good weather and really good public health care. If it exists. :(

i was lying on the couch in the lockerroom when coworker marcel came and stared at me and scared the f**k out of me. you never know which one of those ass holes have felony convictions and psychiatric diagnoses. home depot attracts the worst of the worst. two cops in the building, is better than zero, but inadequate.

almost got hit by a forklift and car.

wet shoes in the rain. although it was just sprinkling.

ate too much.

at lunch, did not eat enough veg/fruit/fiber.

almost late to work.
