Loneliness will come and go , often it is hard to predict . Hope you are able to supplement the lonely feeling
By going out and doing anything that requires you to be around people . Shopping, walking in a park ..
Getting a cup of coffee somewhere. Take your mobile devise for distraction , just in case .
