There was a warrant for her arrest. They were not there to ask for her agreement. The cops were not disrespectful to her when they detained her. They did not violate any of her actual rights. That's the point.
That's good to know.
I wasn't saying the cops shamed her, or that she shouldn't be arrested.
My only issue is with social media thinking it's funny.
They wouldn't laugh at a man if he asked for a certain type of cop (gender, skin colour).
They'd likely think it was cool if the man punched the cops.
Women get treated so differently, like our mental health is a joke.
I'm not trying to be political.
If she was really having a meltdown she might be autistic.
She might have an anxiety disorder or be a SA survivor.
We just don't know.
I'd say the same thing if that was a man, by the way.
