What type men are you talking to exactly? You made reference age gaps, doctors in the recent past ect. I can't help but feel you're standards are very high so you're unknowingly picking catfishers a lot who were never real to begin with.

You even said the doctor wasn't real.

I have no preference for men or women. From personal experience, there's just as many women out there who will lie, play games, and end up being trouble for you as there are men who will. But for what it's worth, not everyone out there is like that. There really are good men (and women) out there. Sometimes it can seem like there aren't though. I do understand that. Once you get burned a few times, it can be hard to remember that not all people are jerks.

Why do women want men? Because the majority of women are heterosexual. Because most people are social creatures and don't want to be alone. Because sometimes men are really awesome Because most people just want love and acceptance.

I know this is unsolicited advice here, but if you're starting to feel that way about men due to repeat negative encounters, maybe it's time to take a break from trying to date. Sometimes it does a world of good to step back and focus on yourself instead for a while.

Make sure you’re in a good place with yourself before putting yourself out there (or online as the case may be). You need to be feeling strong, smart enough to handle any deceit by walking away, comfortable in your own worth to move on when need be. I strongly agree with taking breaks when needed.

Both men & women are capable of lies & deceit. Humans! Finding someone you can trust, with a good heart, who values you, and you,him, can take time to find. So many variables!

Liars?  Mind games?  Okay, explain the following:

• Makeup
• Breast implants
• Foundation undergarments (i.e., padded bras, corsets, girdles, body-shapers, et cetera)
• High-Heeled shoes
• Wigs
• "Fine!" when she is obviously not fine.
• "Nothing's Wrong!" when something is definitely wrong.
• "Go right ahead!", and then he comes home to a cold, dark, and empty house with a "Dear John" letter prominently displayed.

There are nice men/women out there.

Think it is time for you to do the same, since Hollywood is rewriting history anyway, you might as well be passive aggressive too. No wait, you will become another token in the Hollywood representation system.

Hopefully you will realise your worth and not put up with guys who are like that with you, while you return in kind and being respectful about it. Stay classy.

Women are stereotyped to do that. However men are stereotyped to
~Lie about their income, jobs/careers to impress women
~Pretend they are interested in a relationship when they are just wanting sex
~Cheat

Both genders & humans in general can majorly s#ck
