Yep, a report of his death was on Facebook, along with a post that it might be a hoax. So, Googling it myself, I found that Bruce is still in fact among the living.

I had a RIP all ready about loving him in Moonlighting with Sybll Shepard but I'll save that for another time

He'd get his lines confused and mixed up, and then didn't seem to realize why everyone else were flabbergasted. I forget the exact name for his mental condition. I assume it's a form of dementia.

He has aphasia. It's a condition that affects one's ability to use language, and can be caused by stroke or injury. Very sad that this happened to him.
