Welcome to the site. We are a fairly diverse group.

Thanks

I am 74 years old and it took me my entire lifetime to figure ME out and How I Got Here. But now I know.

welcome, you are among friendly folks. glad you are with us.

Yes. I followed the forum for a while first and did find it helpful to see others having the same issues I have, also depressing to see many haven’t figured out a way to deal with it. But I’m over my crying phase, I literally cried until my body won’t let me anymore.

First of all - welcome! You can come and go or stay all day, hope you find this forum a safe place to be yourself.

Second - true, there is no way to “deal with it” if what you mean is a “cure”. You can do your best but at the end of the day you will still be you. It is not a fixable thing but a human expression of our self. Hopefully, together, we can find our happy.
