She already saw a doctor about this. The doctor says she should get better indeed after the surgery and one Tarot lady on the Internet says she will indeed get better

In the center of your reading the focus card I pulled was the 5 of Hearts. I believe this card refers to a sense of mourning and loss. Something leaving you feeling down? There is the 8 of Diamonds (work) and 10 of Hearts (family). There is something about these two cards meaning that you feel that you should be happy right, but maybe you're not happy for some reason?
In your past I see the 6 of Clubs which is a victory card of sorts, and the 9 of Hearts which is about getting exactly what you wanted. Then i see the Jack of Diamonds which is a youth or youthful adult. Since this is the only Court Card pulled in this deck I think it refers to you.
In your future I see thr Ace of Wands, the 8 of Spades which is like feeling trapped in your own head (or body). And the 5 of Spades which I view as a card of defeating your rivals with a gloating expression.
Is there perhaps something about yourself you wish to conquer and control? A change you would like to make in your life that will help you come out of your shell and find real happiness in life?

First part, yeah. Despite it being a stupid rough year, things turned out fine. It's weird. I have no reason to be in a rut, yet here I am.
I'm not sure about the second part? In a lot of ways, I have gotten things I want. I kinda live on my own terms now so
that could be it. The youthful card could be anything (except literal youth on my end, I'm old. lol). I did recently get called a child for some stuff I had done. And they were right to call me a child/immature. It might be that. Despite my age, I am like an overgrown child in a lot of ways. Trapped in my head is a way of life for me.
It's kinda my thing. Though admittedly, it hasn't been doing me any favors lately. And rivals? Hm. If I have any of those I am clueless to their existence. I might be my own worst enemy. But yeah, I like growing, changing, trying to be a better person, live life in a more satisfying way, so on. One of my goals is always to find ways to live life, engage it, get the most I can out of it and so on. Though it can be hard to do so now and then.

Honestly this reading doesn't make much sense to me in terms of your mother's health but I will try my best to interpret it.
So the center card is the 5 of Hearts which is a card about depression and a feeling of loss.
The court cards surrounding it are fascinating. I pulled a Queen of Clubs which is a business woman or someone with strong leadership qualities. I imagine this to be your mother? She's like the glue holding your family together in a way?
I also managed to somehow pull all four jacks is a rare thing. I think multiple jacks represents a conflict of some kind?
Jack of Hearts is the lover boy/girl with artistic talent and a big imagination.
Jack of Clubs is the ambitious young person with high hopes for the future
Jack of Diamonds is the one I personally view as either self-absorbed or generous but as a youth they are kind of spoiled
Jack of Spades is the delinquent or troublemaker.
And there's the King of Hearts which to me represents a sad man, one with a heavy heart who is afraid to take charge.
The none-court carda I see are 4 of Clubs which is a wedding or a celebration/party, and 2 of Clubs which is to me another opportunity card but one that relates more to taking charge of the world in your hand rather than taking advantage of a golden opportunity to make money as was the case in Isabella's reading.
Anyways i dont see any bad cards in this reading.

Thank you so very, very much First of all, my mom is indeed quite like the glue that holds our small (just her and myself) family together in a way. But I wouldn't describe her as a person who is indeed as you said, very strong mentally or has strong leadership qualities - actually, it's rather myself who would fit this description My mom is rather, I would say, rather quite sensitive and delicate - even if at the same same, a bit irritable and very down to earth. She knows how to deal with life and how to take care of herself. But no, she isn't actually your typical strong business woman - like lady. Maybe in some (very limited) way - yes - but in some other ways - not.
I think all the cards you pulled, represent myself exqquisitely well - many various aspects of my own personality - and not my mom - a person with the artistic talent as well as with a big imagination is myself, of course - yes, that's me all over, as my mother is veeery unlike this; she's very narrow-minded in this respect Due to this, I'm also very ambitious and have high hopes for the future indeed - I like to write and I hope my novels will get published one day I'm also self-absorbed and spoiled, too - why hiding this? - as my mom's only child, i was always very spoiled by her (anyway, mom was always extremely overprotective). When it comes to one being "the delinquent or troublemaker", I'm not all warm and fuzzy either - that's for sure about myself, although i'm not a typical troublemaker per se, rather a puppeteer who likes to pull the strings, such a "power behind the throne" sort of person. But on the other hand, I am also a person who does tend to be afraid a bit to take charge when it comes to controlling my own life. I do wish to take charge of the world in my hand to a bigger extent as you said - I wish to get fame and money, to get more independent So it means that the cards are showing you no one else but myself

Yes, the card description of all the aspects of my personality does fit me exquisitely well But at the same time, I wouldn't describe my mother as "a sad person, one with a heavy heart who is afraid to take charge" either when it comes to her being potentially represented by the King of Hearts in your cards - she is really good at taking charge of her life, too

It works kinda the same way as tarot cards except I leave out the Majora Arcana and the Page cards. That leaves me with just the four suits of Hearts (Cups), Diamonds (Coins), Clubs (Wands), and Spades (Swords). So you have Aces and 2 - 10 plus the Kings and Queens and the Jacks/Knaves have the same meaning as the Knights.
It's pretty cool actually.
I don't really believe in this stuff but it sounds like fun. I'm down.

I decided not to leave WP...
Anyways I got some new playing cards in today. These are based on American Presidents.
For your focus card I see 10 of Hearts which is about family get togethers, joy, happiness, rainbows and sunshine, etc. So this card would mean nothing particularly bad is going on in your life at the moment and you are pretty happy right now.
I see in your past an apprenticeship of some kind (or construction/building something?)
A marriage
And a celebration with friends.
Maybe you made plans to start a family or you celebrated with a family you already have?
Was there also a wedding anniversary for you or someone you knew?
I also see a victory parade. But also a sort of "Trojan Horse" which makes me think of war. Any connection to the military in your family maybe?

Plenty of rejection in my life, sure, nothing military related though.
My workplace feels like a battlefield. I do IT support and managing users and office politics is more difficult than working with the computers.
