What is your favorite video game? Personally I like The Dark Mod, a game inspired by Thief: The Dark Project.

Super Mario Bros. 3
Super Mario World
Pokemon Red & Blue
Morrowind
Age of Empires II

My favorite games would have to be the ultimate doom, and doom 2.

Especially with mods.

I've also been currently playing the surge, and dead rising 4

despite everything (I mean mostly the otakuish tone it has sometimes along with the oft weird sexualizing of some optional characters, but the latter is a little debatable) Xenoblade Chronicles 2. The music and most of the story is so incredible that 3's ending, including the Drifting Soul (basically the main lyric song for 2) motif in the credits brought me to tears. specific cutscenes that brought me to tears were Burdened No Longer with definitely-not-trans-allegory Nia and Words Can Be A Curse.

I also love Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Hollow Knight, and every Touhou game

If I've gotta pick just one, it's FEZ. I've bought and played it to 100% on basically every console/platform it's been released on. It's absolutely perfect, from the soundtrack to the art and gameplay etc... Love it.

I don't really have a singular favorite game but some of my favorites, plural, would be:
Old School RuneScape
The Sims 4
SimCity 4
Civilization IV
Grand Theft Auto Vice City
GTA V
Trainz: A New Era
Super Mario World
Sailor Moon Another Story
Tony Hawk's Underground and Tony Hawk's Underground 2
Darkstalkers (the entire series, bring it back Capcom)
Super Gem Fighter Mini-Mix
Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo

Probably others too that I forget, but these are the games I love a whole lot.

Civilization II. This runs on System 9; I need an emulator to play it for the past decade or so.

I used to play Master of Orion III, but that no longer functions on Mac systems later than 10.4. I tried the newest MoO, but it was much weaker gameplay value, much less interesting (read: ridiculously humanoid) aliens. I have secured an old windows package to run under boot camp, and may succeed in resurrecting a favorite gaming experience.

I think I might play Civilization II continually for 25+ years in part to channel aggression against NT's, who have persecuted me en masse literally for as long as I can remember.... I always used to wonder why I seemed to be a "bully magnet".
