I’m going to spend less time doing things I’m no good at and more time doing things I am good at.

It might be helpful to be mindful of the 'Active Discussions Thread' (displayed at the right-side of screen when logging-in to WP).

I might favor adding to in-depth discussions on the Autism Spectrum............when the 'Active Discussions Thread' contains listings of in-depth discussions on the Autism Spectrum!

Resolutions are a waste of time. And they bring back painful memories of when my mother would make me diet to lose weight, which I first remember her doing when I was around seven or eight years old. She once made me write down everything I ate and keep it on the fridge where everyone could see it. Eating a slice of apple pie for dessert was deepest shame.

She'd also make me stay outside from morning until lunch, and then again until suppertime. It didn't matter that it was January and freezing and boring, because she grew up in an era when parents made kids practically live outside. In the summer, anyway.

And it never worked. Threatening, punishing, bribing, pleading... only resulted in microscopic success or none at all. I know my mother just wanted me to be healthy and happy, and live long, but...

- Find a new job and escape the one I'm in.

- Actually get behind the wheel of a car and take practical lessons.

- Learn how to regulate my energy levels, so I'm not just exhausted as soon as I return home everyday. I need to have time that's actually my own. Not just constantly revolving around work.

Not really, but kinda I guess. Getting rid of more clutter, doing some things on my todo list, finishing some things I started, not starting new things I won’t make time to follow through on, getting back to doing some things I really enjoy but haven’t done for a few years because life has been a series of.. not good things for a while - especially when approx 25 people I know died in just over 2 years. Took some processing time I suppose.

But I’m not a fan of new year new me stuff. New Year’s Day is just the day after the last one, bfd. I suppose it’s still an annual reminder to get things back on track tho.

I'm going to spend more time asking Trueno for photo ID.

The quickest way to fail at something is to make in a New Year's resolution. Consequently, I don't make them.

You’ll have to sneak up and catch me at a weak moment.

And… I try to limit my use of ellipses because you don’t like them… I might use them more often… you have been warned…

What about "quotation marks" too ...... Will they "help" you "communicate"?

Strangely, I don’t have any set rules for quotation marks. I use them haphazardly.

Stop being so naive and dependent on other people. Stop wanting friends and become self sufficient

The most challenging new year's resolutions might not begin until March 6th!

When the COVID pandemic began in early 2020, it was found that fully adapting to new situations can take as long as two months - some said 66 days to be specific.

New year's resolutions might take several-weeks to truly become a part of our lives.

A WP-related resolution: It might be best to largely (not always) avoid discussion-threads of more than 25 responses.

Discussion-threads of more than 25 posts often become too cumbersome/confusing to follow - and hence difficult to judge where/how to post responses.

Mine are often stupid, like not referring to Idaho as "Utah on crack".
