Only a handful of people know I'm autistic, so the only actual autistic slurs I've had were said in jest. They were 'Rainman' and 'Forrest' although I have been called quite a few of the slurs already posted by people who didn't know my neuro status.

My exh used to say "You're not artistic .. You're AUTISTIC!"
He thought that was a good play on words.
Little did he know. (This was pre-diagnosis.)
He also said I had the emotional capacity of a gnat.
Not sure if that's a slur or just a character judgment.

My mother says autistic people are ret*d.
She means that in the derogatory way rather than "delayed".
She's also very old and senile, and hasn't learned about autism.
She's likely autistic herself so the joke's on her.

When I was little all the kids called me "stunned" or "spacy".

Colleagues at work said I always looked drunk or high.
Drunk was when I did physical things like walking into walls.
High was when I stared at nothing and was stunned / spacy.
Sometimes that's why I walked into walls.

30 odd years ago a friend's 11-year-old daughter called me an 'emotional cripple' (I never ruminate  ), found out years later she was also an ̶e̶m̶o̶t̶i̶o̶n̶a̶l̶ ̶c̶r̶i̶p̶p̶l̶e̶ autistic.

A friendly person in high school once compared me to "the guy from A Beautiful Mind" (real-life John Nash). No, I'm not schizo, and have no intrusive thoughts and paranoia. Just was a bad time for me.

Oh! :( Some of my family not only thought I was schizophrenic but also been diagnosed with it and argued about said diagnosis, I'm sure some of my families past 'perceived' weird behaviour was due to them thinking I was a schizophrenic :?:

I don't know what it meant either.
I can only assume it meant I suck their emotions out, or cause too many emotions.
Either way I doubt it was complimentary.
I'm not sure if it was related to my autism but I think it was.
It's likely a critique of my introspective emotions or detailed descriptions.

I have a strong sense of right and wrong on my own terms.
You may or may not have noticed.
Maybe dog murderers aren't supposed to be judged?
