I’m roasting organic carrots and organic garlic ( the garlic I grew,almost the last of it)with a coating of organic olive oil and seasonings.Jasmine rice and maybe later I will make a small peach cobbler.

Saturday I made a big batch of my "Bean Cuisine". Ferment 5 lbs raw beans for 24 hrs (pinto, kidney, black, navy, garbanzo). Make 6 quarts of tomato sauce with onions, carrots and mushroom. Pressure cook the beans (to best reduce phytic acid). Combine all cooked ingredients in a 24 qt pot with chipotle chili powder, garlic, cinnamon, cumin. Portion out into 1.5-cup servings in 35 pint jars. I keep the jars in the freezer until I need them. I have one jar every day with homemade cooked barley. This is a main dish for my mediterranean diet.

Made some potstickers from Costco last night.. and of course they stuck to the pan and a bunch of them broke apart. :lol: :roll: Didn't really make anything from scratch, just frozen postickers into a pan with oil and water -> but still better than eating junk food or fast food.
