^mmmmmmm bacon.....

Have the grandson (he's 8 y/o) here today and he wanted to cook, so he took the lead and I helped. Breakfast was crepes stuffed with cream cheese. Lunch was stuffed shells and cheese (we sooo tossed some hot dog bits up in there lol) with homemade sauce. Dinner was miso broth with some veg, udon noodles, and fried tofu bits. No idea where his desire to cook came from today, but I totally support this interest.

Pinto beans in slow cooker.Might make cornbread later.Or mash beans up season with taco spices and put in corn tortillas with sprouts and chopped purple onion.
