I cooked some fish in breadcrumbs and potatos cut in wedges and had some broccolli as well.

Didn't Cook anything, but having a big plate of baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, garlic stuffed olives & some kimchi as well as canned sockeye salmon w/ mayo, s&p. Bought lots of veggies and wanna eat 'em before they go bad.. always hard to eat the big thing of spinach before it starts getting slimy and ends up in the organics bin.

I popped the other half of a cheddar and broccoli quiche in the oven for dinner about 20 minutes ago. My grandpa and I ate the first half of it a couple days ago and don't want it to spoil, so we're gonna have the other half tonight.

Also gonna toss some steam in bag Brussels sprouts in a light butter sauce in the microwave to go with the quiche. I think that'll be a nice and simple dinner for me.

I'm going to cook a chicken macaroni bake tonight it has zucchini carrot cheese onion and macaroni with sour cream and tomato soup.

Mashed potato cakes with corn and chopped onion and an egg to bind them cooked in olive oil.
Vegetable soup in slow cooker.
