For anyone who might find this info useful, here is a list of support groups and resources for people with clinical depression:

- The 9 Best Online Depression Support Groups in 2022 - PsychCentral
- The 6 Best Online Support Groups for Depression in 2022 - HealthLine
- livewell: Online Peer Support Groups
- Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance: Online Support Groups
- Anxiety & Depression Association of America: Connecting with Others

Also, some general resources for finding support groups of various kinds:

- HeyPeers
- Wisdo Health

I happened to be looking this info up on behalf of an acquaintance of mine, so I figured I might as well share it here too.

I recently came across a page about the following book:

Overcoming Anxiety and Depression on the Autism Spectrum: A Self-Help Guide Using CBT by Lee A Wilkinson, PhD, Nova Southeastern University (2015)

I'm considering whether to add this book to a forthcoming list of resources on my website. Has anyone here read it? If so, was it helpful?
