It really depends what you mean by chivalry.

It would be unreasonable for women to expect both the benefits of modern era equality, and the benefits of unilateral special treatment as they received from men in the past when they didn't have equal rights.

Chivalry could also refer to being a generally considerate person, and gender shouldn't factor into that. One should be just as willing to hold a door open for a man as they would be for a woman, for instance.
